Cleft-Lip Surgery with the help of POSCO starts today at SCB
Synopsis: 25 patients of Jagatsinghpur District who are suffering from Cleft-Lip and Palate problems will be operated on 11 th July at SCB Medical College with the help of POSCO. This is POSCO’s first CSR activity. Doctors from Seoul National University and SCB Medical College will carry out this operation and all the expenses will be borne by POSCO.
The inaugural ceremony was attended by Mr. Bishnu Das, Minister for School and Mass Education, Mr. Padmanav Behera, Steel & Mines Minister, Mr. Duryodhan Majhi, Health Minister, Mr. Brahmananda Panda, MP, Jagatsinghpur, District Collector, Mr. Satyabrata Sahu, and Zila Parishad President Ms. Sabita Mohapatra. .
